Marketing & Sales Specialist

Shreveport, LA Full-time, hourly Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Marketing Manager / Sales Director

Overview

As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will help develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion. You will work closely with both marketing and sales to align goals, track performance, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, website content, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Identify and qualify new leads through inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
  • Support customer engagement, product demos, events, and follow-up communication.
  • Conduct market research and provide insight on trends, customer needs, and competitors.
  • Track KPIs and help maintain CRM and sales activity records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
