Warranty

Review Warranty Killer Performance warranty coverage, service instructions, exclusions, and downloadable warranty documents.

Our Five Promises

  1. We will provide warranty service to the original purchaser of the product during the warranty period as long as it has been paid in full.
  2. We will provide warranty service free of charge.
  3. We will provide either a replacement or refund, at the customer's choice, if we can't repair the product.
  4. We will provide warranty service without requiring the customer to return the warranty registration card.
  5. We will not limit the duration of any implied warranty.

What Is Covered

This full one-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in products manufactured by Warranty Killer Performance.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.
  • Used items, clearance items, discontinued items, electrical items, fabrication items, special order items, custom colored items, tunes, ECU reflashes, calibrations, ECMs, TCMs, fluids/liquids, and shipping charges.
  • Wear items such as bearings, seals, gaskets, and similar maintenance items.
  • Future product obsolescence.
  • Items not manufactured by Warranty Killer Performance, which are subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

How Long Coverage Lasts

This warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase of this product.

Repair Timeframes

Repair timeframes depend on the amount of work currently in line and the availability of third-party repair shops if outside assistance is needed.

Yes, we provide warranty service information by phone and email.

How To Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain the benefit of this warranty, the customer is responsible for delivering the complete product via prepaid transport to:

Please include your original invoice or packing slip. If unavailable, include a piece of paper with your full name, phone number, email address, shipping address, and original order number. A detailed description of the problem or issue with the product is required.

What We Will Do

  • Repair the item.
  • Replace the item if we can't repair it within a reasonable amount of time.
  • Issue a refund for the item if applicable.

Shipping Limitations

  • This warranty does not assume the risk of loss during shipment.
  • This warranty does not insure the product during shipment to the customer.
  • We do not return items using overnight, next day air, or 2nd day air. Ground methods are used unless otherwise approved.

No Other Express Warranty Applies

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, customer, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Warranty Killer Performance.

Limitation of Liability

Warranty Killer Performance shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
