12. Custom Tuning & Calibration Disclaimer

All custom tuning, calibrations, unlock services, licensing services, ECM services, TCM services, and digital products are considered custom services.

Due to the nature of these products and services:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, exchanges, returns, or cancellations will be provided once:

• A calibration has been created
• Files have been delivered
• Licenses have been assigned
• Unlock services have begun
• Digital products have been delivered

Customer assumes all risks associated with use of custom calibrations.

Warranty Killer Performance shall not be liable for:

• Engine damage
• Transmission damage
• Drivetrain damage
• Emissions system damage
• Vehicle failures
• Performance losses
• Loss of use

13. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our separate Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Special order items, custom products, fabricated products, digital products, tuning services, shipping charges, and used products are non-refundable.

14. Processing & Service Fees

Orders cancelled after processing may be subject to a non-refundable processing fee of up to 26%.

Such fees may cover:

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transportation rests with the carrier.
