- Use a trackable shipping service such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL Express.
- Ensure your package has insurance coverage in case items are lost or damaged during shipping.
- Package items individually, neatly, and securely using padding, bubble wrap, or packing peanuts.
- Carriers may require 2 inches of padding around each item to qualify for insurance.
- Drain and remove any oil, water, grease, or liquids before packaging and shipping.
- Include your name, phone number, email, shipping address, and order number if possible.

Service and repair timeframes depend on the amount of work currently in line and the availability of third-party repair shops if outside assistance is needed.
Status Updates
Yes, status updates are provided by email. Once your package arrives, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your item(s). Additional status update emails may include information about production, service, repair, and shipment confirmation.
